In 1916 Frederick was living at 27 Hathaway Road, Croydon, Surrey. His next-of-kin at this time was his married sister Ada who was listed as living in Yardington Street, Whitchurch. By December 1919 his address had changed to Corporation Street in Chorley, Lancashire.
