Personal Details

Charles William Ruth, born in Redenhall, Norfolk in 1877, the only son of Charles and Mary Ruth.

Husband of Mary (nee Wilson) Ruth of 36 Belton Road, Whitchurch.

Charles was a tobacco dealer when he enlisted on the 11th December 1915. He contracted Tuberculosis and was discharged, unfit for any military service, on the 27th July 1917.
