Family: He married Jane Capper Quarter 4 1906 in Whitchurch, Shropshire. They had two children, John William George and Margaret Dorothy.
Residence: In 1901 he was living at 3 Dodington, Whitchurch, Shropshire. Ten years later and now married he had moved to 6 Park Road, the address given for him on the Spring Absent Voters’ List for Whitchurch. By 1939 he was back in Dodington at no 5. He remained at this address until his death in 1962.
Employment: William was a painter and decorator for all of his working life.
Died: 16 March 1962, Whitchurch, Shropshire, aged 81.
