Report in the Whitchurch Herald 27th April 1918 regarding the death of Robert Hales Ridgway

"Mr & Mrs Ridgway of Worthington Street have been informed that their son Robert Hales (Bert) Ridgway, Liverpool Scottish Regiment, has been killed in action on April 12th 1918. Other son Clement, serving in Mesopotamia."
